Resep Daging Panggang

Bahan-bahan:
= 500 gr daging sapi khas dalam, pukul2, iris tipis
= 1 sdm sake
= 3 sdm kecap asin (dark soy sauce)
= 2 sdm gula pasir
= 1 sdt merica hitam bubuk
= 1/2 bh bawang bombay, cincang
= 1 btng daun bawang, cincang
= 2 sdm minyak wijen
= 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
= 1/2 sdm biji wijen, sangrai

Cara membuat :
1. Campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata, diamkan slm 30 menit agar bumbu meresap.
2. Panaskan sedikit margarin, lalu masukkan daging sapi, panggang sampai matang sambil dibalik-balik,
angkat.
