Resep Sambal Goreng Krecek

Bahan-bahan:
= 100 gr krecek/kerupuk kulit matang.
= 200 ml santan kara (100 ml santan + 100 ml air).
= 5 lbr daun salam.
= 2 ptg lengkuas, memarkan.
= 15 bh cabai rawit.

Bumbu dihaluskan:
= 15 bh bawang merah.
= 2 siung bawang putih.
= 4 bh cabai merah.
= 1 sdt terasi.
= 1 sdt/lbh garam.
= 1 sdm gula merah.

Cara Membuat:
1. Tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan. Tambahkan bahan2 lain, tumis sampai harum, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan santan, masak sampai mendidih.
3. Masukkan krecek, masak sampai krecek meresap.
4. Angkat , sajikan hangat dgn nasi
